Giovanna’s Dietetic Apple Pie
…Una una torta buonissima che non contiene nè burro nè olio…
- 2 eggs (1 whole – 1 egg yolk)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 150 gr. flour
- 1 package yeast
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 Kg. Apples
Beat the eggs with sugar, then slowly add the flour and milk, add the apples, baking powder and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
A variation: in addition to apples, you can add nuts, raisins and pine nuts !!!! Very good but no more ‘light!
